Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus / COD Automatic Measurement Device 'NPW-400 Model'

Compact design with a reagent weighing unit! Based on the measurement methods for total nitrogen and total phosphorus.

The "NPW-400 model" is an automatic measurement device that can automatically measure total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), and COD concentrations in wastewater from factories and business establishments, in response to water quality total quantity regulations. It is based on the measurement methods for total nitrogen and total phosphorus as stipulated in the Environmental Agency (now the Ministry of the Environment) Notification No. 64 of 1974, which outlines the testing methods related to the wastewater standards established by the Minister of the Environment based on the regulations for wastewater standards. Additionally, it adopts the "120°C potassium peroxydisulfate decomposition method - ultraviolet spectrophotometry for total nitrogen measurement" and the "120°C potassium peroxydisulfate decomposition method - molybdenum blue spectrophotometry for total phosphorus measurement." 【Features】 ■ Adopts the same 120°C heating decomposition method for 30 minutes as the specified measurement method ■ Achieves good correlation with manual analysis values ■ Simultaneous measurement of TN, TP, and COD (UV) using a multi-wavelength detector ■ Compact design with a simple sample and reagent weighing unit ■ Realizes a simple configuration through integrated manifold piping *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

COD automatic measuring device 'CODR-400 model'

Dialogue method using a color touch panel! The adoption of dual platinum electrodes eliminates the need for maintenance of the reference electrode internal liquid.

The "CODR-400 model" is an automatic measuring device designed to measure COD in factory wastewater and lake water, in response to wastewater regulations such as total water quality regulations. It is designed based on JIS K 0806 "Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) Automatic Measuring Instruments." By adopting dual platinum electrodes, maintenance of the reference electrode internal liquid is no longer necessary. 【Features】 ■ Easy operation through a dialogue method using a color touch panel ■ Ability to display titration curves on the color touch panel ■ Rich logging functions that allow recording and confirmation of past measurement values, titration data, calibration data, alarm data, and start/stop data ■ Standard equipped with a cleaning function using oxalic acid to clean the reaction tank and electrodes from manganese contamination *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free Residual Chlorine/pH Combined Measurement Device 'CM-60'

Simultaneously measure free residual chlorine and pH with one device! You can significantly reduce initial costs.

The CM-60 is a free residual chlorine/pH composite measurement device suitable for applications such as sterilization processes in food and beverage factories, as well as effluent from factories and sewage treatment plants. The pH sensor automatically corrects the pH error of free residual chlorine, allowing for stable measurements within the pH range of 5 to 8.5. Additionally, the measurement method used is the membrane polarographic method. 【Features】 - Easy maintenance due to the use of a membrane - No influence from combined chlorine, allowing for selective measurement of free residual chlorine (HOCI) - Simultaneous measurement of free residual chlorine and pH significantly reduces initial costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
